So i am sorry for my bad roleplay quality lately, and the fact that i do not take the time to read the ask-box memes like i should, and mess them up by doing so.
Also a couple of you have send my inbox messages, which i haven’t answered, not because i don’t like you, just because i suck so much i couldn’t think of a propper answer.

I’ve just been realy busy lately and there is a lot on my head, plus i’ve catched a cold .-.

so once again, i am terribly sorry.

He's one of the most notorious, loved, hated man on the Strip, being head of the Tops Casino. No real beef with any of the other casino owners. Yet he realises that the 'Top Cat' has to go, Benny noticed that House’s plan for Vegas was calculated, regressive and highly political, and that went against the ‘spirit’ of New Vegas - freedom, fun, high stakes and the thrill of risk. Waiting for the right moment to hit, Benny is beginning on the first preperations for his plan to actually restore the purpose of New Vegas.

O P P E R T U N I T I E S.
With things getting hot around the Strip, Benny has caught the oppertunity to unfold his plans, play the wild card, which is stressing, but going smooth enough to succeed. With Yes-man programmed, and his eye on the platinum-chip, Benny is ready to wrestle control of Vegas away from the guy who claimed it 200 years ago.

I N D E P E N D E N C E
With House out of the way, and both the Legion and the NCR driven away from Hoover Dam, New Vegas' independence is secured from both factions. A new era arises, a new Empire, with Benny pulling the strings. An army of securitrons diverted to the Strip to keep order, any chaos on the street was ended, quickly, chaos became uncertainty, then acceptance, with minimal loss of life. New Vegas assumed it's position as an independent power in the Mojave. Causing several different effects, some settlements benefitting, others less fortunate. Vegas became more crowded, and so did it's surrounding settlements, mostly stable. Benny decided to leave the Tops to Swank, and to take his place in the Lucky 38, opening it to public after nearly 200 years. Not only did Benny decide the Lucky 38's change in managment. He also ordered the Omertas out of Gamorrah due to affliations with the Legion, currently keeping an eye open for their successors, for the meantime, Tommy Torini became the public face. The white Gloves could stay, with Marjorie taking the lead, and Mortimer out of the way. Finally Vegas became Vegas.

After being captured by the Legion, Benny's faith found itself in the ironic hands of the Courier he had shot before. Oddly enough he got spared as the courier delivered him some bobby-pins and a stealthboy, Enabling his escape from the Fort. And with that Benny promised to leave New Vegas, never to return, causing him to wander around the wasteland, in search for a new settlement, maybe a new Casino even, all laid in the hands of future and fortune.

Benny is the head of the Chairmen of New Vegas in 2281. He is the brains behind a complex scheme to usurp control of New Vegas from Mr. House and serves as a secondary antagonist in Fallout: New Vegas. Benny was a member of the tribal gang called the Boot Riders before Mr. House took over Vegas. As one of the three tribes who agreed to House's new rule, the Boot Riders were assigned to renovate The Tops casino. They were given suits and ties and renamed "The Chairmen." Benny saw the potential of New Vegas, but the tribe's chief at the time, Bingo, wanted to stay nomadic. To determine the direction of the tribe, Bingo challenged Benny to a knife fight, and the winner would be the leader of the tribe. Benny stabbed Bingo in the throat, killing him and winning the fight. Benny is quick to stamp out dissent among those Chairmen who support the old ways, even killing an old friend, an unnamed singer with a Psycho overdose. Benny's long-term goal is simple: to control New Vegas. The chances of such a thing happening seem very slim, but as Benny himself would say, he's not done rigging the odds yet. After attacking one of Mr. House's PDQ-88b Securitrons with a pulse grenade, Benny brought it in for examination. Unable to fix it himself, he allowed Emily Ortal to inspect it in exchange for her reprogramming it. After finishing the reprogramming, the Securitron became known as Yes Man, an AI designed to obey every command given to him. Benny used Yes Man's compliant nature to interrogate him on the details of House's machinations. He learned Mr. House had something buried underneath The Fort and of the platinum chip—the key to all of House's plans. He also learned of the seven couriers hired by Victor—six decoys, and one carrying the chip. Using Yes Man, Benny was able to discover the route the Courier would take, and hired Jessup, McMurphy and Chance to help him finish the job. The Courier was bound, gagged, shot in the head, buried in an unmarked grave at Goodsprings Cemetery, and left for dead. After betraying his Great Khan accomplices, Benny made his way to The Tops and stays in the casino area with four loyal bodyguards. However, unbeknownst to Benny, his actions haven't been unnoticed by Mr. House.
